Hi and welcome to our website where we try to introduce ourself !
We’re called the Phoenix-Battalion unit/clan, based in the EU-HEADQUARTER discord.
A close and growing group from Europe focused on immersive ARMA REFORGER Milsim gameplay.
Right now we’re actively building a structured unit with clear roles, coordination, and fun at the core.
We’ve got two dedicated guys working behind the scenes — they’re not active players, but they handle all the event creation and AI role-play.
They set up the missions, write the briefings, and control AI forces during operations to make the experience feel dynamic and realistic.
Once the mission starts, it’s up to us @[ΦX] Clan Member to work as a team, follow the briefing, and complete the objectives using tactics, comms, and coordination.
It’s semi-serious milsim: not hardcore military role-play 24/7, but focused enough to feel immersive while still being fun and chill.

What is the role from the ? @GENERAL
His role is to lead his troops and connect with them, while scouting potential squad leaders. After reaching Captain rank, clanmembers can apply for the role on the discord. but only the capable will be selected to keep quality high.
beside that his role is also to connect with @OTHER CLAN REPS, So we can do bigger Milsim events together.

What is the role from the ? @[ΦX] Squadleaders
They are approved to lead our team during missions. They will get things ready, give briefings, and later review and share what went well or not. They can also create events where clan members can sign up. Their mindset will be: "The team comes first, not personal goals."

What we offer
A brand new community in ARMA Reforger, with some experienced players who know what they're doing. New leaders are welcome! We're here for the long run... getting ready for ARMA 4 in 2027.
Weekly Events
We host milsim events with help from a few people in our group who don’t play the game themselves, but love creating missions for us. They control the AI and also join the roleplay, which makes everything feel super real! It’s an amazing experience!
We try to run an operation twice a week. After the mission, we all jump on a PVP server together to show off our skills.
On-Demand Qualifications
We do not mandate participation in training sessions. but we go have trainings if you are whilling to participate. Instead we offer voluntary qualifications which reward you with priority picks for specialised roles such as , medic, pilots and tank crew and other roles.
Inhouse Development
We host our own server hardware internally for optimal performance and improved customizability.
